SAIL Rourkela Apprentice Recruitment 2026: 1110 Vacancies

Steel Authority of India Limited has announced the SAIL Rourkela Apprentice Recruitment 2026 for 1,110 apprenticeship positions. The vacancies are available for ITI, diploma, engineering, nursing, science, commerce and other graduate candidates.The recruitment is being conducted by the Learning and Development Department of Rourkela Steel Plant for its One Year Apprenticeship Training Programme 2026–27.

Educational Qualification

The required qualification depends on the apprentice category.

For Trade Apprentices

Candidates must have passed ITI in the relevant trade from a government-recognized institute.

For Diploma Apprentices

Candidates must have a diploma in the relevant engineering, nursing, pharmacy, medical or other listed discipline from a recognized institute.

For Graduate Apprentices

Candidates must hold the relevant degree listed in the notification. This includes engineering degrees as well as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA and B.Sc Nursing.

• Only candidates who passed in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 can apply.
